WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER?
We ship your item 1-2 business days after your order is placed, and send you an email notification of order shipment along with a tracking number.
Besides the item ordered, we include
- patterned gift pouch
- Our 16-page full-color mini catalog with gold seal
- Hand-calligraphed name tag if recipient name is indicated in checkout notes (complimentary)
- Gift box where indicated in product description, e.g. for sterling silver or 18kt gold jewelry
All items are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Shipping is free on all international and local orders, and you are not charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
We take your feedback into strong account, and also encourage you to join the Minku community via subscription to our bi-annual magazine, Yonderland.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you can return it or exchange it for another product in the e-store, within 15 days. Sale of most made-to-order items is final but please contact us and we will work with you if a return or exchange of a custom-made item is needed.

Rush shipping (3-5 days to the US) is available. From past mailings, rush shipping is estimated at $40 for small packages (bracelets; notebooks); $60 for small to medium-sized bags, and $120 for large bags.
