At Minku, we take our time to design, create, package, and send your
item. Everything, from the cutting of the leather to the stamping of
your bag as an authentic Minku item, is done through a manual process. Kunmi makes each item, creating out of her workshops in Barcelona and Lagos.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER?
We ship your item one to two business days after your order is placed, and will send you an email notification of order shipment, along with a tracking number.
All items in the e-store are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Shipping costs are calculated accordingly. We have a 100% delivery track record using the Spanish postal system. You are not charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
We stay in touch with all our e-store clients and request their feedback, which we take into strong account. We also encourage our clients to join the Minku community via subscription to our bi-monthly insider magazine.
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you can return it or exchange it for another product in the e-store, within 15 days. Sale of on-sale items is final. Sale of most made-to-order items is final but please contact us and we will work with you if a return or exchange of a custom-made item is needed.
